Job Description
Manage and develop the client portfolio (assigned portfolio and new clients), in coordination with the various business units and product and service categories, to achieve the assigned commercial targets (clients, volume and quality of service) and ensure long-term relationships with clients.
Responsibilities and duties
Actively develop the marketing of the Group’s products and services, supporting the regional teams as a specialist during visits to clients and non-clients.
Monitor sales targets, tenders and quotations for assigned products, services and/or clients in line with the region and/or the Group’s strategy, proposing actions to correct any deviations, in line with the sales strategy.
Propose and organise the necessary campaigns to achieve the assigned sales targets, providing the technical and sales support required for the launch or promotion of the Branch’s products and services.
Carry out the necessary follow-up, communication and support with the Customer Service department to achieve the highest standards of quality and customer service.
Conduct, manage and monitor negotiations with suppliers and customers with the greatest possible efficiency and quality.
Maintain and ensure the effective use of the CRM system.
Job requirements
- Education and knowledge: Intermediate-level qualification or equivalent experience. Knowledge: air and sea freight sales.
- IT skills: Intermediate level.
- Previous experience: Approximately 3 years in similar roles and/or positions.
- Languages: English preferred (B2 level).
