Frédéric HARTSTEIN
Frederic is the President and Founder of LID Consulting, he manages the company and all its activities across Europe.
A born leader, he draws on his experience and ability to shake up traditional approaches to talent recruitment, founding LID Consulting in 2016.
Coming from a background in transport and logistics, he began his career at Jet Services as a truck driver and ended up as Sales Director. He then worked at Ducros SR, CHEP, GEFCO, Heppner, and CEPL over the past 35 years, where he held the positions of Sales Executive, Sales Director, and Business Unit Director, which led him to sit on various executive and management committees.

Paula WEITIG
Paula successfully changed careers in 2012, after an initial career in hairdressing and training, where she worked as a business manager, then as a trainer and educational manager. These experiences enabled her to develop solid skills in management, teaching, and interpersonal relations.
With a degree in HR, she joined GEODIS in 2013 as HR Manager, responsible for administrative management, recruitment, training, and the implementation of HR projects.
In 2020, she continued her career at E.S.T. Paris as administrative and educational coordinator, where she is responsible for apprenticeship contracts, relations with OPCOs, invoicing, and student follow-up.
Since 2021, she has been Director of the Transport Recruitment Division at LID, consolidating her expertise in recruitment and business support.

Sabrina MANDIAU
Sabrina began her career in administrative and support roles such as assistant, international tender manager, and key account coordinator. This initial stage allowed her to acquire solid expertise in organization, complex file management, and indicator monitoring.
She then moved on to more customer- and development-oriented positions, notably at Auro Technologies and Tête-à-Tête, where she managed projects, coordinated teams, and developed comprehensive customer relationship systems.
Since 2021, she has held the position of Director of Logistics at LID, where she is responsible for logistics and industrial packaging positions. She manages recruitment in France and several European countries, from identifying needs to onboarding candidates. Bilingual in English and with a comfortable level of Spanish, she uses her coordination, analysis, and communication skills to effectively connect companies and talent in a multicultural context.

Pelayo GARCIA-COMAS MIRANDA
Pelayo is an executive with over 25 years of experience in logistics and transportation, specializing in sales management, key account management, and leadership of multidisciplinary teams.
He is currently CEO of LID Iberia, a subsidiary of LID Consulting, where he has led the creation of the Spanish subsidiary, customer development, and digital communication strategy. He has held senior positions at companies such as Gefco Spain, Grupo San José López, and Grupo Cárcaba, where he was a member of the Management Committee for over ten years.
His career has been marked by stimulating commercial growth, modernizing processes, implementing management systems (TMS, ERP, CRM), and participating in international integrations. He also serves as a member of advisory boards, a professor of master’s programs in logistics, and a speaker at industry forums. He speaks Spanish, French, and English and has executive training in senior management (CPA) and digital marketing.

Chon MUÑOS GONZÁLES
Chon is the founder of EDENtity Coaching, a consulting firm where she draws on more than 25 years of experience in supply chain, industry, and transportation to support executives, managers, and teams in their development.
She started her career at GEFCO Spain (international transport), then joined the head office in France where she held key positions: Operations & Customer Service Manager, Purchasing & Operations Manager, and Senior Project Manager. There, she led strategic projects in automotive logistics and packaging, spearheaded IoT/RFID initiatives, managed multicultural teams, and negotiated with international partners.
In 2022, she founded EDENtity Coaching to place people at the heart of performance. A RNCP certified professional coach (National Directory of Professional Certifications in France), NLP and Hypnosis Master Practitioner, and specialist in leadership and intercultural communication, she coaches in French, Spanish, and English to clarify objectives, develop leadership, and maintain mental balance.
With LID Coaching, she offers a humanistic, structured, and results-oriented approach that combines operational rigor with personalized support.

Pascal has over 35 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
After rising through the ranks at TNT, DHL Supply Chain, Logitrans, and Logistics Operations, he specialized in transition management, the opening and optimization of logistics sites, as well as recruitment and change management. Since 2024, he has been working as an independent recruiter and operational strategy consultant.
