- Ensure the company complies with regulations (driving hours, payload, transport regulations)
- Ensure social practices and payroll are in order
- Minimise legal and financial risks
2 – Transform intelligently
- Adapt the domestic transport model
- Restructure dedicated distribution (vehicles, routes, organisation)
- Rationalise certain sites
- Clarify the logistics strategy
3 – Manage and unite
- Be present on the ground

The ideal
candidate
Experience
- Management of a significant profit centre (>€20 million)
- Solid experience in road transport (courier services, agri-food, specialised distribution, etc.)
- Experience of transformation or turnaround
- Accustomed to challenging labour relations environments
