- Ensure the company complies with regulations (working hours, payload, transport regulations)
- Ensure sound social practices and payroll management
- Minimise legal and financial risks

- Adapt the domestic transport model
- Restructure dedicated distribution (vehicles, routes, organisation)
- Rationalise certain sites
- Clarify the logistics strategy

The ideal
candidate
Experience
- Management of a significant profit centre (>€20 million)
- Solid experience in road transport (courier services, agri-food, specialised distribution, etc.)
- Experience in transformation or turnaround
- Accustomed to challenging labour relations environments
