You will play a key role in leading the operational team on your shift, ensuring the smooth running of logistics operations with a focus on timings, quality and safety.

? What will make you successful in this role
? Technical knowledge of the logistics
environment
Your background in logistics, transport or warehouse management will enable you to make informed and operational decisions from day one.
? Experience leading operational
teams
With at least 3 years’ experience, you will know how to organise shifts, communicate clearly and keep your team aligned and motivated.
? A focus on continuous improvement and analysis of indicators
You will feel comfortable working with KPIs and contributing ideas to optimise processes, resources and times.
? Positive
leadership skills
You will have the ability to communicate approachably, influence others constructively and handle conflicts or changes with agility.
? English and training in occupational health and safety (an advantage)
