Key responsibilities of the role:

  • Coordinate and oversee the formalisation of various processes
  • Implement rules and procedures (compliance, quality, etc.)
  • Ensure the quality of data entered into the various internal systems

Quality management

  • Implementing and maintaining the Quality System
  • Analysing processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Identify various malfunctions
  • Monitor the implementation of corrective and preventive actions
  • Draw up working instructions and associated documents necessary for the smooth running of processes
  • Raise awareness amongst all staff regarding quality, environmental and safety issues
  • Ensure that all QSHE documents are kept up to date and properly managed
  • Implement the quality management system in order to obtain the company’s internal certifications
  • Participate in internal and external audits
  • Ensure that training on Good Distribution Practices (GDP) is put into practice

Health and Safety at Work


    Implement the Single Document and ensure its correct use•
Ensure that emergency plans are kept up to date and that drill reports are
drawn up• Monitor the implementation of prevention plans and safety protocols with service providers



Security

  • Monitor general security as required

Environment

  • Ensure the implementation of an approach aimed at limiting the environmental impacts within its remit
  • Propose measures to improve environmental performance within its remit (carbon footprint, energy costs, resource conservation, waste management, etc.)
  • Ensure the quality of data entered into the company’s various systems
  • Implement rules and procedures (compliance, quality, etc.) and ensure they are adhered to

Technical skills (Hard Skills)

  • Proficiency in QSHE standards and frameworks (ISO, IFS, BRC, etc.).
  • Good knowledge of logistics and transport processes.
  • Expertise in audit management and continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in monitoring and reporting tools (ERP, Excel, Power BI, etc.).
  • Solid knowledge of labour and health and safety regulations.

Soft skills

  • Leadership and the ability to motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and teaching skills.
  • Attention to detail, organisational skills and a methodical approach.
  • Analytical mind, initiative and the ability to anticipate issues.
  • Ability to manage stress and deal with emergencies.

Required profile

  • A master’s degree (Bac +5) in Quality, Safety, Environment or Logistics.
  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in a similar role within the logistics or transport sector.
  • Good command of business English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in IT tools and QSHE management systems.
  • Strong commitment to sustainable development issues.
