:
Coordinate operational activities related to a specific business unit, collaborating in the
execution of the company's positioning strategy and managing the teams under your responsibility, in order to
meet the client's logistics needs.
Responsibilities and duties
:
1. Control the specific financial offer for the sector, product and/or service.
2. Negotiate with clients and suppliers, providing support in the development of rates and internal
procedures.
3. Supervise the operations of the product operations technicians and take charge of the most relevant operations, monitoring response times to clients and efficiently managing
the assigned files.
4. Ensure the control of activities for a smooth and fast service as well as all related operations.
5. Provide support to the Product Manager and manage and coordinate the teams of technicians under their responsibility.
6. Manage exports of shipments, files and quotations.
7. Evaluate/anticipate possible customs penalties, carrying out the most appropriate management.
Requirements
:
– Education and knowledge: Higher degree or equivalent experience. Master's degree specialising in Logistics is an advantage.
Knowledge of stowage/terminals, multimodal transport, chartering, customs and AEO, IATA certification. Advanced computer skills.
– Previous experience: Around 5 years in similar roles and/or
positions. – Languages: Fluent in English (level B2-C1).
