Technical knowledge of the logistics environment
Your training in logistics, transport or warehouse management will enable you to make informed and operational decisions from day one.
? Experience leading operational teams
With at least 3 years of experience, you will know how to organise shifts, communicate clearly and keep your team aligned and motivated.
? Vision for continuous improvement and analysis of indicators
You will be comfortable working with KPIs and contributing ideas to optimise processes, resources and time.
? Positive leadership skills
You will have the ability to communicate closely, influence constructively and handle conflicts or changes with agility.
? English and PRL training (desirable)
